To change the timing on the fade in images, look for this type of coding:
data-wow-delay=".8s"
Change the .8 to a larger value to increase the delay or a smaller value to have the image/box/title come in more quickly.

Make sure you use the class of "imgBox" for your images larger than 250 pixels. This way they shrink as your viewport shrinks.
The image above has a "sidebarimgBox" coding on it. It allows it to shrink proportionally in this sidebar area.
You can easily add your text in the above ticker. It is just an unordered list. You can edit it right on the page, or just edit it in code view. If the space is too long or too short, you can edit it in the css file. Easy stuff!
